Immunity tonic

Scrape peel a bunch of fresh turmeric and ginger

  1. Make sure to scrape instead of using a peeler of a knife

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger into a blender, followed by a tablespoon of the coarsely chopped turmeric followed by a coarsely chopped lemon plus rinds and pith.

  3. Continue to do this until your blender is as full as you want it.

  4. Blend this together until it becomes smooth, then add 1 tablespoon of black pepper.

  5. Blend again.

  6. Add this mixture into a glass jar until about halfway full, then fill the other half with a good quality honey.

  7. Shake and stir until combined then leave overnight.

    Take 1 tablespoon of this morning and night to keep your immunity up.
