Immunity tonic
Scrape peel a bunch of fresh turmeric and ginger
Make sure to scrape instead of using a peeler of a knife
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger into a blender, followed by a tablespoon of the coarsely chopped turmeric followed by a coarsely chopped lemon plus rinds and pith.
Continue to do this until your blender is as full as you want it.
Blend this together until it becomes smooth, then add 1 tablespoon of black pepper.
Blend again.
Add this mixture into a glass jar until about halfway full, then fill the other half with a good quality honey.
Shake and stir until combined then leave overnight.
Take 1 tablespoon of this morning and night to keep your immunity up.
